Embedding UC in LOB Application (Chewy Chong, Microsoft) Discover the product extensibility of Communications Server 2007, Office Communicator 2007 and Exchange Server 2007, and learn how those extensions can be surfaced in Windows SharePoint Services. This session will show some key features of the extensibility capabilities of the UC platform including Contextual Collaboration, Integration of Communications into Business Processes, and Anywhere Information Access. The session will show the following technology components: - How easy it is to embed presence in an application, - What benefits contextual collaboration offers - Presence is something that can be extended with custom presence states, - It is possible to present an information mash-up from various Exchange calendars in a SharePoint site with Exchange Web Services - OCS 2007 Speech Server uses WF to author Information Access applications - EWS can be easily embedded in WF - Communications now also can leverage the bot capability of OCS - Business processes also can use outbound communications.
