Andrew has been in the IT field for more than 9 years and currently working as a senior consultant trainer with Avantus Training. He speaks frequently for Microsoft (TechNet events, CTU events, Partner Readiness, Workshop) and conducts infrastructure training. With the numerous years of experience, he has a broad perspective on how the Windows infrastructure can be a very cohesive and easy to manage environment. Randy is a Senior Solution Architect and Trainer for Synergy Corporate Technologies. He has over 20 years of eclectic IT experience and for the past 15 years has been architecting and developing Microsoft-based solutions. He has a master's degree in Information Systems along with a number of certifications.  For 2009 and 2010, he was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in SharePoint.  Randy writes for Windows IT Pro and SharePointPro Connections magazines, speaks at conferences worldwide, and will have his latest SharePoint 2010 book published in May.  Randy has been based in Singapore since last year but will be leaving at the end of the year to open up a new branch of Synergy in California.

  
Ryan Chen has been a SQL Server MVP since 2006. He is now working at EMC South Asia as a Senior Solution Architect and is in charge of SQL Server and Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions. Prior to joining EMC, Ryan was an independent consultant. Ryan has many years of teaching and consulting experience in SQL Server database application and Microsoft business intelligence solutions. Ryan has been consulted in many industries and big companies such as BNPP HK, IRAS, NUS, RBS Singapore, China Mobile Communication Corporation, China Telecom Communication Corporation, YUM Group China, Lian Hua Super Mart, TrendMicro Research Centre etc. with his expertise in Microsoft solutions. Tan Chee is a MVP in Group Policy; and is one of the 5 community leaders that leads the Singapore Windows User Group. With more than 6 yrs of IT Infra setup and managing, he loves to share IT knowledge to his fellow colleagues through half-yearly training or monthly technical briefing.
 
Presently, he works in NCS Pte Ltd and involved in Schools SOE (SSOE) project where he handles mainly the Active Directory Services and involves in design that involves in GPO greatly.

Tian-An’s first career was in multimedia, managing a broadcast video production department for over 6 years. Moving into the training portfolio, he conducted classes and trained student teams for live video and Internet webcast coverage of school events. In the meantime, he stared conducting training in applications in the likes of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, specializing in Access, Project, Visio, FrontPage and Lotus Notes.
 
Moving full time into training, he eventually moved across software providers to Adobe and SAP Business Objects for database reporting and server management.
 
His differentiation is presenting applications and functions from an everyday user perspective, making concepts easy to understand and most importantly - use. With growing demand for public speaking engagements including Microsoft events such as Microsoft Getting Ahead Seminars, SITEX 2003 and various Technology User Group events, he has been awarded Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional for Office System – the only few persons given this recognition so far in South East Asia.
  
Wan Ziyang (Triston) is Sr.Consultant with a System Integrator based in Singapore. He is MCSE since year 2005 and MVP in Exchange Server. Triston leads Singapore MessagingTalk User Group activities where folks interested in Microsoft Messaging Technologies gather for learning and networking.
