You are just 3 simple steps away to get your registration done. Please follow instruction stated below.

Step 1. Make payment

Internet Bank Transfer

  • Transfer amount to ​​DBS Saving Plus 074-6-023709
  • Indicate your I/C No. under "My initials (​For display on payee's bank statement)"
    e.g. S1234567A
  • For non-Singaporean or PR, put your name under ​​"My initials"
  • Only Internet Bank transfer accepted, ATM transfer is not accepted.

In person

  • Richard will be around to collect payment during community monthly meet up
  • Indicate in CTU 2011 Registration Form your receipt number under Receipt No.

 

Step 2. Email registration

Email completed registration form with subject title "CTU 2011 Registration" to admin@sgwindowsgroup.org.

Step 3. Confirmation email

Once your payment have been verified, an confirmation email will be send to you.
