(ST3-1) Linq to SQL
Edwin Sarmiento
This session will discuss how to use LINQ as your Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) layer in your applications. We will discuss how to manually create a custom DataContext class and configure classes to work with it. We will also examine how to use the designer in Visual Studio 2008 to create both the DataContext and classes for us. We’ll examine delayed loading in LINQ, as well as deferred operations, and how to change the default behaviors.
